RAP Members Working to Defeat the Car Impound Initiative!

3537512532_6ed14282fd.jpgA team of dedicated RAP members gathered this Saturday May 16 to educate members of the community about the dangers of a car impound initiative that is scheduled to be on the ballot in Denver, Lakewood, and Aurora this fall. The initiative aims to punish drivers who forget their licenses at home by charging them over $2,700 in fees and fines. RAP believes this initiative to be careless and costly, and is strongly urging voters and members of city council to take action to defeat this initiative.
